Self-care in COVID

Hey!!
I’m new to this community and think this is such an amazing way to meet people during this time who also wanna learn more about psychedelic medicine treatments for depression.
I just wanted to ask what people were doing for self-care right now in this time? I’ve been going on a lot of “government-sanctioned” walks in the woods which has been amazing.

Also lots of walks! And runs, and other workouts. And keeping up with therapy.

walks are honestly the best thing for me right now too, and making music!!!

Lots of story-based video games! Also going on drives with my dog a lot

Also been trying to go on more walks and runs. I’ve been trying to draw more too, getting the creative juices flowing!

I have been going on more runs too - it’s great to clear my head (but alas I am still gaining weight during shelter-in-place)
I think I also want to use this as a good time to really devote myself to meditating on a consistent basis with good technique. One more thing I’ve always struggled with - but am trying to get better at during the pandemic - is to learn how to be alone without being lonely. Helps to have ya’ll nice people here :slight_smile:
